1: structures higher than 1 cm

Our Two-Photon-Polymerization (TPP) technology enables customers to address both 3D Lithography and 3D Microprinting for the realization of novel and innovative designs.

Thanks to the adjustable printing resolution of our TPP platform, high-speed 3D Microprinting of large-scale structures with over 1 cm in height for microfluidics and bioengineering is easily possible overnight.

10 - 100: roughness less than 10 nm, resolution higher than 100 nm

Did you know that switching to 3D Lithography with a resolution of 100 nm is seamlessly possible?

This enables high surface quality with a roughness of less than 10 nm as required for optical applications such as refractive structures and diffractive elements. Even freeform optics and printed components directly on devices are possible.

1000: Scan speeds of 1000 mm/s and more

Our TPP technology enables customers to address both 3D Lithography and 3D Microprinting for the realization of novel and innovative designs.

Scan speeds of 1000 mm/s and even higher in conjunction with application specific write modes provide full benefit for tailored 3D nano- and microfabrication processes.
