Multiphoton Optics GmbH has included groundbreaking novelties in its 3D Lithography Equipment LithoProf3D® with its integral part of High Precision 3D Printing – following its motto “Sustainability and Technology from People for People“. LithoProf3D® is the first equipment worldwide which combines the utilization of Direct Laser Writing Lithography, Ablation, and Glass Processing capabilities for structuring from 1D via 2D and 2.5D to real 3D structuring just by changing the process parameters. The intelligent concept of the equipment is flanked by a modular setup of the software, consisting of two major parts: LithoSoft3D, a software that generates the machine code for construction, and LithoStream3D, a control software that runs this machine code. This successful concept was further improved in the current model: The process of Additive Manufacturing with fabrication strategies that can vary strongly depending on the intended application was completely implemented in the machine code.
This enables the LithoProf3D®-GSII to automatically execute both, simple 3D structuring processes and complicated procedures, with various fabrication strategies – 3D Lithography ranging from sub-micrometer level to the centimeter scale for a vast variety of products in AR/VR, sensors, mobile, computing, illumination, imaging, and Biomedical and Life Science applications.
